Terms and Conditions

By signing up for an account on Dykon, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions explained in this agreement. As the user for Dykon, it's recommended you read the entire agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Dykon, you agree to follow the terms enclosed. If you don't agree with any of the terms or clause included in the document, you must stop using the app and terminate your user account immediately. You may want to print this document for reference purposes.

Dykon reserves the authority to make changes to these terms at any time. The change may be done to be at par with the latest business practices, new app features, or changes in law. Users should check the document on a regular basis to remain updated.

Eligibility

To use Dykon, you must be at least 17 years. Users who sign up and are below 17 years may risk account termination and total ban from Dykon. Users should also comply with the age requirements in their respective countries regarding the use of such services.

Account Creation

To use Dykon, you should register with your email address and provide personal details about you and your preferences. Check our privacy policy for more details regarding the kind of information we do collect and how it's used.

Termination

You can terminate your Dykon account at any time. Dykon reserves the authority to terminate the account of any user without notifying the user, upon realizing that the user has breached the service agreement.

In App Purchases

If you choose to make an In-App Purchase, you will be prompted to enter details for your account with the Third Party Store you are using (e.g., Android, Apple, etc.) ("your Mobile Platform Account"), and your Mobile Platform Account will be charged for the Premium Service and/or In-App Product in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase, as well as the general terms applicable to all other in-app purchases made through your Mobile Platform Account (e.g., Android, Apple, etc.). Premium Services and In-App Products may include one-time purchases as well as monthly subscriptions (e.g., a one-month subscription, three-month subscription, six-month subscription, etc.) to additional account features. At the end of the free trial period (if any), you will be charged the price of the subscription and will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription.

Please note that for Premium Services and In-App Products made on a subscription basis, your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period as you initially purchased (e.g., if you made an In-App Product for a 3-month subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed for an additional 3-months). To avoid any charges for additional periods, you must cancel before the end of the free trial period, subscription period or renewal, as applicable, in accordance with the terms and conditions of your Mobile Platform Account and the terms and conditions of any applicable Third Party Store. The pricing may vary due to a number of factors, such as (but not limited to) promotional offers, loyalty bonuses and other discounts that might apply to your age group.

You may cancel your subscription, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date you subscribed. If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Casualx. If you wish to request a refund, please visit http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098. If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account, please contact us at support@dykonnetwork.com.

Details about auto-renewing subscription:

Dykon 1 month($9.9) and 3 months($24.99) subscription packages are auto-renewing subscription services.

  • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage your subscription and switch off the auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings after purchase
  • You cannot cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription to that publication.

Non-Commercial Use

Dykon is purely for personal use. Thus, users may not use this service for commercial interests such as:

  • Advertising or persuading other members to sell or buy a product or service that Dykon didn't offer.
  • Persuading other members to attend events such as parties for commercial reasons.

Dykon may take legal action against unauthorized or illegal use of its services.

Account Security

As a user, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You agree to alert the company if you notice any unauthorized attempt to access your account or any security breach.

Interaction with Other Members

You're responsible for any interactions with the other members. You understand that Dykon doesn't carry out background checks on registered users and the information they provide.

However, Dykon reserves the right to perform a criminal background check any time using the information provided by users.

You agree that Dykon may monitor or review the content you post. Dykon may also delete whole or part of the content if it violates the terms and conditions that govern the use of the app. For more details on how the company uses the content you provide, visit the privacy policy page.

Users Should Not Upload, Display or Post Content That:

  • Promotes racism, violence or hatred
  • Encourages fraudulent activity
  • Involves sending of spam messages
  • Promotes the distribution of copyrighted material
  • Distributes misleading or false information
  • Contains password-protected information
  • Contains malware

Disclaimer

You agree that Dykon, its affiliates, or third parties aren't responsible for any loss or damage that may include injury or death as an alleged result of:

  • The conduct of a member
  • False or inaccurate content posted on the app's site
  • Any problem or a technical malfunctioning of a computer equipment, online system or server

The company offers its service on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis and gives no warranties of any kind.
